About the Role
HBS is seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Operational Planning Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of broadcast planning methodologies and platforms.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be in charge of:
- Configuring and deploying operational planning platforms according to project requirements
- Managing system administration, user training, and support
- Ensuring consistency of operational planning platforms usage across projects
- Conducting operational planning platforms' roadmap of evolution
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in broadcast operations and operational planning
- Knowledge of workflows and process modelling, functional specifications, and user story
- Project management skills, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
