We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Product Launch Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic Alliance Management team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The chosen candidate will oversee the timely execution of product launch initiatives. The Product Launch Coordinator will also be responsible for managing supply chain governance and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to meet shared objectives and enhance both long-term revenue and company performance.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This role reports directly to the Head of Launch Management and is based in Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tracking and governance of launch management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders while understanding relevant processes related to product launches
  • Serving as the main point of contact between partners, internal teams, and subcontractors
  • Developing and managing databases
  • Ensuring adequate supply for launches to maintain market presence
  • Monitoring progress and creating reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinating the serialization process with clients and internal departments
  • Managing contracts to ensure proper implementation
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Enhancing internal processes
  • Meeting budget targets for supply chain operations
  • Adhering to relevant GDP & GMP standards related to distribution and importation activities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business or Finance
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical and B2B sectors
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain management
  • Knowledge of key steps in the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain
  • Proficient in English at an advanced level
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI
