We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Economic Research team in the Strategy department of the Banking for Large Clients division.
Key Responsibilities
As an FX Strategist Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring currency news from G10 and emerging countries
- Creating daily morning briefs (FX)
- Developing innovative statistical models to inform exchange rate strategies
- Participating in publications and writing notes in response to sales/traders/clients requests
- Automating tasks using VBA and Python
About the Role
This is a 6-month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in economic research and analysis.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A strong background in mathematics and econometrics
- Proficiency in R, VBA, and Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluency in English
