As a Maintenance Technician, you will be integrated into a vibrant team of approximately 10 individuals, addressing client needs through issue analysis and delivering customized solutions. Your work will take place in a High Technologies manufacturing environment, closely collaborating with various departments such as Industrialization, Process, Quality, and R&D.
Within Ludovic's team, the Maintenance Manager of the Heating unit, your role will focus on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of both new and existing machinery, adhering to guidelines for safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Conducting preventive maintenance on heating unit machinery.
- Executing routine repairs within the workshop.
- Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve reliability and optimize production tools in conjunction with the industrialization and process teams.
- Engaging in continuous improvement practices, executing action plans based on performance assessments, while adhering to safety protocols.
Throughout your tenure, you will exhibit a proactive approach in understanding internal client requirements, analyzing their challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
