About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social and Legal Support Coordinator for the AJM V program at AAJT. This is a field position that requires strong social and legal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Assess: Conduct thorough evaluations of the social situations of our users, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Support Autonomy: Promote the autonomy of young people within their accommodations, including home visits and other forms of support.
- Access to Rights and Budget Management: Provide support and guidance to young people in accessing their rights and managing their budgets.
- Housing Solutions: Search for and facilitate access to housing solutions, including support in finding and settling into new accommodations.
- Entry and Exit Management: Manage the entry and exit of young people from accommodations, including inventories and other administrative tasks.
- Network and Partnerships: Facilitate connections with the mainstream network and/or partners, and provide follow-up support as needed.
Requirements:
- Team Spirit: Possess a strong team spirit and be able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Versatility and Adaptability: Demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Writing Skills: Possess good writing skills and be able to communicate effectively in writing.
- Local Social Network: Have a solid knowledge of the local social network and be able to navigate it effectively.
- English Language: Knowledge of English is a plus, but not required.
Contract and Benefits:
- Permanent Contract: Offered a permanent contract with a fixed schedule and the possibility of off-hours work.
- Salary and Benefits: Salary according to CCN 66, based on qualifications and experience, as well as company social benefits, 50% transportation coverage, quarterly leave allowance, and free basic health insurance.
