Description of the Position

The Assistant to the Head of Logistics and IT plays a crucial role in supporting the Head of the department on a daily basis, representing them in their absence, and providing expertise in all areas of the department's activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elaboration of the budget and monitoring of expenses;
  • Participation in the preparation of reports for the regional budget controller;
  • Pilotage, monitoring, and control of public procurement procedures;
  • Monitoring and renewal of national and regional markets in which the DIPA is a party;
  • Conducting, under supervision, all risk management plan controls;
  • Participation in specialized training sessions of the administration's social committee;

The position may involve leading various projects depending on the current situation.

The Assistant to the Head of Logistics and IT may be responsible for conducting professional interviews of PLI agents, in accordance with a distribution decided with the Head of Service.

A significant experience in one of the department's areas of activity and/or management would be appreciated.

Recent and Upcoming Projects
  • Recent projects: deployment of the vehicle management software (ODRIVE), creation of the food security cell (immobilier/équipement/informatique)
  • Upcoming projects: prefectural cleaning market, revision of the ADP/services of the State protocol, and the Regional Immobilier Directeur Scheme in collaboration with the Regional Policy Immobilier of the State Responsible.
