**Job Description for COBOL Developer at HN Services**
HN Services is seeking an experienced COBOL developer to join our team. As a COBOL developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and writing functional specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Conduct impact studies on applications and perform cost-benefit analysis
- Coordinate development phase and write delivery documents
- Manage integration of deliveries with partners
- Resolve incidents from analysis to resolution
**Requirements:**
- Experience in COBOL development, MVS, and JCL
- Knowledge of the V cycle
- Ability to work in a team, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, organized and proactive
- Familiarity with Jira or other incident management tools
