In a context of rapid growth and transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled data engineer to lead our Data Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to drive change and make a significant impact on our data capabilities.
As a key leader within the Data Team, you will oversee the Data Engineering sub-domain and provide technical leadership across all three sub-domains: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Your role will be crucial in driving our transformation, fostering a modern data stack approach, and reinforcing a robust software engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the design and execution of a technical roadmap for the Data Engineering team, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our broader product roadmap. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing change within the team and strategically guiding the recruitment of future engineering talent.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled data engineer with expertise in Modern Data Platforms, data transformation tools, visualization tools, and ML platforms. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of GIT is also essential.
