Auditing US-listed companies involves specific standards set by the PCAOB and regulations defined by the SEC. Our dedicated teams, leveraging their experience, provide clients with tailored technical expertise.
- Manage a client portfolio for legal and contractual audit missions;
- Organize, plan, and oversee missions;
- Ensure missions are carried out effectively, on time, and within budget;
- Supervise and develop your team technically and personally;
- Maintain client relations;
- Actively contribute to the commercial development of the firm's client portfolio;
In addition to audit missions, you will be involved in developing the SEC/PCAOB practice in Europe, focusing on technical aspects, team management, and business development:
- Conduct internal/external training sessions;
- Enhance audit methodology to optimize Data and tool utilization;
- Participate in internal Quality controls;
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes;
- Author studies and technical documents;
You will be based in Paris La Défense, with potential travel within France or abroad for client engagements and activities related to the SEC/PCAOB practice.
As a Financial Auditor, you are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared externally and internally.
RequirementsYou hold a degree from a top business school, engineering school, or a postgraduate university program.
With a minimum of 8 years of audit experience in a major audit firm, you have solid knowledge of PCAOB audit standards and IFRS norms.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are dedicated, and demonstrate adaptability.
Dynamic and entrepreneurial, you aspire to advance in your career and contribute to our growth in France and abroad.
Your recognized leadership skills and technical expertise enable you to effectively lead and train our audit teams.
You have a strong command of English.
