Sina Careers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Intern to join our team in China. As a Front Office Intern, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reception administration, including responding to guest inquiries and directing them to appropriate contacts for further assistance.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as security, housekeeping, and accounting, to ensure seamless operations.
- Report any maintenance issues in the lobby to the reception manager and ensure prompt resolution.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Supervise daily reception operations and ensure guests receive quality service.
- Resolve service-related issues promptly and assist other departments when short-staffed.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Mandarin proficiency is not mandatory but advantageous
- Interest in international relations and luxury hospitality
