Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Analyst to join our Corporate Architectural Projects team at Cartier. As an Office Analyst and Project Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing our tailor-made digital solutions to share information with our different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our offices database, including office characteristics, lease conditions, and capital expenditures.
- Understand internal customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and enhance data-visualization solutions with aggregated and detailed views, qualitative and quantitative information.
- Animate our Office projects portal to share information with our different audiences, including WW Project Id Cards, forms to collect data, and a collaborative space with Richemont Real Estate.
- Provide operational support to the team, assist in different projects or presentations, and monitor relevant open source information on key players in the field.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- Experience in analyst roles, including design of databases and dashboards (PowerBI).
- Extensive experience with the MS Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-seeking individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
