FOC AQUITAINE, a dedicated agency in the fields of construction and transport, is on the lookout for a BTP TEAM SUPERVISOR to support one of its esteemed clients in the Bordeaux region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute high-quality construction projects.
- Ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for the job sites.
- Uphold safety standards across all work environments.
- Lead and inspire the team through effective management and supervision.
- Communicate updates and issues to the project supervisor.
- Maintain and care for all provided tools and equipment.
- Possess knowledge of various construction trades, materials, and tools.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
- Interpret and understand topographical plans and drawings.
- Perform layout and marking tasks as required.
This list is not exhaustive; additional responsibilities may be assigned based on project needs.
Additional Information:
Compensation will be determined based on experience. The employment package includes benefits, along with daily allowances for meals and travel, contingent on the job location.
QualificationsProven experience in major construction projects (BTP Gros oeuvre). Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to team dynamics. A methodical and organized mindset to effectively prioritize tasks and manage site operations.
