Your contributions to the well-being of individuals include:
- Assisting individuals with essential daily activities
- Delivering hygiene and comfort care, along with preventive services
- Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, tools, and equipment
- Supporting the nursing staff in delivering care
- Ensuring the upkeep of living spaces and changing bedding
- Measuring vital signs, monitoring medical equipment, and relaying information to nursing staff
- Recognizing changes in patient conditions
- Monitoring patients' overall health, administering medications, and communicating any irregularities to the nursing staff
- Assisting with mobility using appropriate medical aids
- Helping with meal times
- Documenting and communicating observations to ensure continuity of care
