About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team at Carrefour. As a key member of our non-food business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners for our marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partners
  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract new partners
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize recruitment efforts

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
