About the Role:
The Regional Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes across the region, working closely with the Regional Director and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate payroll activities, including data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Afpa's payroll policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Provide training and support to regional staff on payroll-related matters.
Requirements:
- Niveau III in administrative techniques or Niveau IV in management.
- Three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or administrative capacity.
