Judicial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Judicial Manager to join our team at Intrum. As a Judicial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of civil debt recovery cases in a judicial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the judicial process for civil debt recovery cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Prepare and audit case files for judicial proceedings, track progress, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain a network of judicial correspondents to optimize debt recovery.
• Contribute to the collection of debts by tracking case files with judicial correspondents.
• Monitor case files with bailiffs/attorneys to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to optimize judicial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a debt recovery or judicial setting.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
