Derichebourg Propreté & Services Associés, one of its subsidiaries, is a major player in the cleaning industry and offers a comprehensive range of cleaning and maintenance services, from simple tasks to complex missions.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Deploy the HR policy for the assigned domain.
  • Ensure the implementation of good procedures and guarantee their proper execution.
  • Ensure the reliable and consistent administration of personnel assigned to a branch.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Guarantee the administrative follow-up of employees.
  • Maintain regulatory processes for entries and exits.
  • Manage administrative events related to employee life (foreign employees, etc.).
  • Manage medical visits (appointment, follow-up, and contributions).
  • Accompany new hires according to procedures.
  • Know and apply social rights and devices (housing, AF, retirement).
  • Know and apply procedures for declaring AT and controlling tariffs.
  • Master and apply disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage transfers under Article 7 of the CCN Propreté and Services Associés.
  • Write official letters and documents.

Juridical Aspects:

  • Know the company's social policy (agreements, customs, etc.).
  • Know and apply the basic rules of labor law.
  • Know and apply the specific juridical aspects of the cleaning industry.

Requirements:

  • Initial training: Bac + 2/3 in administrative personnel management.
  • Skills:
    • Autonomy.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Discretion.
    • Rigour.
    • Organization.
  • Knowledge:
    • Deep knowledge of Labor Law.
  • Experience:
    • Conclusive professional experience in a similar position for 2 years.
  • Software tools:
    • Microsoft Office.
