Are you eager to be part of a dynamic team? Flunch is on the lookout for a full-time Restaurant Team Member to join us on a permanent basis. Become a vital part of our ambitious transformation journey and contribute to our growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the restaurant's performance by greeting and assisting patrons, managing inventory, and preparing meals and buffets;
- Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and organization (including buffets, dining areas, and laundry);
- Execute assigned duties in accordance with Flunch's standards and protocols (hygiene and safety);
- Show initiative and independence, allowing managers to progressively assign you more responsibilities;
- We prioritize internal advancement: start as a Restaurant Team Member today, and you could become a Training Coordinator or Service Animator in the future.
Profile:
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit;
- Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and self-sufficiency;
- A commitment to delighting our customers, both young and old, every day;
- Preferably, prior experience in the food service industry.
