Position Available:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team at Groupe Malherbe in a permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and pay transport and general expenses invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage supplier relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Record and allocate general expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Reconcile supplier ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide temporary support for supplier database management as needed

Additional Tasks:

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the company's needs and requirements.

Requirements:

Holder of a Vocational Diploma or BTS in Accounting, with previous experience in a similar role.

Dynamic and autonomous individual with strong teamwork and adaptability skills, able to maintain discretion and proficiency in using computer tools.

English proficiency (school level) is mandatory to perform the required tasks.
