KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist clients with vital daily tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Encourage and facilitate clients' social interactions, including grocery shopping, leisure activities, and managing appointments.
- Observe and promote the progress of individuals under your care.
- Possess a valid State Diploma in Home Care Assistance (DEAVS) or a State Diploma in Educational Support and Social Work (DEAES) with a focus on 'home support' or 'collective structures', or hold other recognized qualifications for this role.
- Prior experience is advantageous, but we welcome applications from beginners who are willing to learn.
- Demonstrate autonomy, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, discretion, adaptability, keen observation, and a collaborative spirit.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Options for both permanent and temporary contracts are available.
- Compensation will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
- Positions are available in various locations within your region.
- Health insurance and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
