Job Title: Industrial Tire Technician

As a vital member of our team, you will work under the guidance of the agency manager, focusing on essential maintenance tasks for industrial tires utilized by our professional clientele, including transport and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tire installation and removal, retreading, and rotation.
• Engage directly with clients such as drivers and workshop supervisors, representing our brand with professionalism.
• Once you achieve autonomy, you may also oversee fleet management duties.

Work Environment:

• Approximately 80% of your duties will be conducted outdoors, providing roadside assistance and on-site services using the agency's vehicle.
• The remaining 20% will take place in the workshop, where you will prepare wheels, conduct repairs, and maintain organization.

Additionally, you may assist with services related to automotive and light commercial vehicles, including tire fitting, wheel alignment, and suspension work.

Working Hours: Weekend shifts may be required, and the starting salary will align with industry standards for entry-level positions.

Candidate Profile:

We welcome individuals without prior experience in our field, as comprehensive training will be provided through a permanent contract.

While experience in the tire industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Training and Development:
