Embark on a promising career path with OpenClassrooms. We are seeking a Commercial Associate (F/H) for an apprenticeship contract with one of our partners in the corporate sector, aimed at preparing for a state-recognized diploma.

Important: This opportunity is exclusively for candidates pursuing their apprenticeship training with OpenClassrooms. As a result, upon completion of your diploma, you will be fully equipped for employment.

Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Associate (F/H)

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the commercial strategy while identifying growth opportunities.
• Engage in prospecting and develop a portfolio of key accounts across various sectors.
• Enhance loyalty among our existing clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify the technical and interpersonal talents of our consulting staff that align with client needs.
• Oversee the progress of assignments and projects, managing the assigned technical teams (approximately thirty collaborators).

Work Schedule

In the Company:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends off
• Daytime work
• 4 days per week (flexible days) with reduced presence of 3 days 1 to 2 times monthly

In Training:

• 1 day per week + an additional day 1 to 2 times monthly

Candidate Profile

You should possess:

• A prior experience in commerce and/or recruitment, or a strong passion for technology.
• A dynamic, organized, curious, and proactive attitude.
• A customer-oriented mindset, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
