Hello, I'm Emilie RETAUX, a recruitment consultant specializing in construction jobs at HARRY HOPE. My client is a Technical Studies Bureau specializing in rehabilitation projects for collective housing (single-family homes, buildings, etc.).

In the context of its development, this company is looking for a Project Manager - Building and Construction.

Job Description

Under the direction of the partners, you will be responsible for preparing and following up on files, as well as their monitoring on site (notably in terms of thermal performance). Your missions will be as follows:

  • Constitute and validate the DOE
  • Edit a detailed planning on the PROJECT software following a defined work program
  • Organize and manage the works until the lifting of reserves
  • Ensure compliance with the planning, budget, and deadlines (penalties for delay)
  • Control the conformity of the works to the plans and current regulations
  • Participate in and animate the construction site meetings
  • Write the construction site reports

Required Profile

With a Bac +2 degree (BTS/DUT) in the construction or energy field, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and construction supervision, particularly in the rehabilitation of social housing. You are proficient in AUTOCAD, PROJECT, and the Office Pack. You can read and understand a thermal study. You have knowledge of common technical knowledge in: GO, VRD, second work, electricity, heating, plumbing, sanitation, and ventilation.

We are looking for an autonomous and dynamic person who can manage 5 to 6 files simultaneously. The projects are expected to be regional, with daily travel. There is a possibility of evolution to a project manager position in the medium term.
