Job Summary
CPAM DU VAR is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in our Welcome Point in Draguignan, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our social security policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Analyze and respond to various requests and inquiries, utilizing digital tools and resources.
- Promote the services offered by CPAM DU VAR, including detection of healthcare renunciation and promotion of screenings.
- Assist in processing simple requests and provide first-level responses to policyholder inquiries.
- Contribute to meeting service objectives within the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated relational skills and comfort with physical reception.
- Dynamic and reactive, with the ability to understand and address customer requests.
- Adaptability and learning abilities to quickly grasp a diverse regulatory framework and specific business software.
- Recognized for team spirit and adept at managing tense situations.
- Responsiveness, Service Orientation, Self-Control, Team Cohesion, and Commitment are essential qualities for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Training and/or significant initial experience in public relations management.

- Gross monthly salary: €3,700 + health insurance + bonuses.
