About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Instapro Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality backend solutions using PHP 8.3, Symfony 6.4, and MySQL 8.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improve overall system performance.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers to help them grow and improve their skills.
  • Contribute to the development of our GraphQL API and ensure it meets the needs of our users.
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of our backend services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP.
  • Mastery of software design principles and backend application architecture.
  • Experience with GraphQL, pipelines (particularly GitLab), and AWS.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
