Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing the development of solar projects across France, from opportunity identification to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee technical, environmental, and economic studies with internal teams and external consultants.
- Manage submissions and secure necessary authorizations for solar and agrivoltaic projects.
- Prepare internal investment reports and represent the company in external forums.
- Identify and prospect new opportunities in line with company strategy, managing feasibility studies and qualification processes.
- Negotiate with landowners and operators on leases, tenders, and other agreements.
- Oversee a portfolio of opportunities and manage external service providers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field, with 3-4 years of experience in photovoltaic project management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a passion for energy development.
- Familiar with project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and QGIS).
- Native-level French and fluency in English preferred.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month across French regions.
