As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing team performance and ensuring the effective implementation of Agile practices.
- Team Velocity Management: Assess and optimize the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the development team and the Product Owner to facilitate communication.
- Backlog Guidance: Assist the Product Owner in organizing and prioritizing the product backlog for sprints.
