Job Description

We are seeking a Business Line Manager to lead our Consultancy Group, a transversal technical group. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the purpose and roadmap of the Consultancy Business Line, taking into account the specific needs of consultancy activities for SYSTRA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commercial strategy of the Business Unit
  • Define and promote the positioning of SYSTRA in the consultancy market for the core business
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy for consultancy services
  • Coordinate technical bids with Consultancy BUs and interface with SYSTRA internal clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Civil Engineer/Urban Engineer
  • 10+ years' experience in transportation planning business in international assignments
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese and French are a plus
