About the Company:

Our client, a reputable Accounting Firm, is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join their team. As a key member of the WINSEARCH - Toulouse AEC team, you will be responsible for managing payroll calculations and providing expert advice to clients.

About the Position:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll calculations and advising clients to ensure timely delivery of pay slips
  • Preparing salary slips for approximately 250 employees
  • Handling associated declarations, including DSN and payroll taxes
  • Managing HR administration, including paid leave, absences, and illness
  • Providing expert advice to SME clients in various sectors
  • Collaborating with partners to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum BAC +2 degree in payroll or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Benefits:
