About the Company:
Our client, a reputable Accounting Firm, is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join their team. As a key member of the WINSEARCH - Toulouse AEC team, you will be responsible for managing payroll calculations and providing expert advice to clients.
About the Position:
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll calculations and advising clients to ensure timely delivery of pay slips
- Preparing salary slips for approximately 250 employees
- Handling associated declarations, including DSN and payroll taxes
- Managing HR administration, including paid leave, absences, and illness
- Providing expert advice to SME clients in various sectors
- Collaborating with partners to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum BAC +2 degree in payroll or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Benefits:
