The avionics sector provides a variety of onboard systems for aviation, including flight avionics, power generation and conversion, cabin multimedia, and connectivity solutions. Our offerings also encompass training and simulation solutions for land, air, and joint forces, as well as X-ray imaging systems and RF and microwave power amplifiers. The CSC France site specializes in the repair of civil and military aeronautical equipment, spare parts sales, and user training for our products.

Logistics and Compliance Manager - F/H / Business Line and Company Scope
Position based in Châtellerault (86)
WHO ARE YOU?
- Graduated with a BAC+5 ideally, you possess a proven experience in Compliance & Logistics.
- You have previously demonstrated a significant capacity for agility and daily adaptation.
- You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
- You are capable of operating in an international environment (written and spoken English).
WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director of the Business Line, you will collaborate with regions, procurement, suppliers, and logistics managers from various Thales entities. Your role will encompass two main areas:
- Compliance: You will serve as the trade compliance representative for the site. In this capacity, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for all Compliance inquiries at the CSC.
- Manage the release of HA orders, repairs, and distribution under Compliance regulations.
- Update the status of Standard Exchanges as necessary.
- Logistics: You will engage at both the Group and Business Line levels. Specifically,
- At the Group level, you will:
- Represent the company in HA consultations regarding Logistics, QBRs, and project reviews.
- Ensure quality AVS representation concerning Lead Transport Providers.
- Draft specifications for Transport/Packing suppliers.
- Serve as the focal point for supplier accounting within Thales and our service providers.
- At the Business Line level, you will:
- Contribute to the Sustainability project - Packaging Transport Expertise.
- Provide your expertise on various projects and offers.
- Act as the representative of the Business Line within the company network.
- At the Group level, you will:
