Votre mission

Vous serez chargé de l'analyse des demandes faites par les clients internes, de la récolte et de l'analyse des besoins des équipes métiers pour de nouveaux projets ou des refontes importantes. Vous travaillerez les besoins au regard de la solution ServiceNow et de la stratégie de l'entreprise, tout en garantissant les bonnes pratiques recommandées par l'éditeur.

Vous définirez les sprints en tenant compte des capacités des équipes projets et des contraintes métiers. Vous identifierez les process pouvant être améliorés, analyser et consolider les demandes de maintenance applicative ou corrective du système d'information métier.

Vous participerez aux comités de pilotage interne et des comités de pilotage avec nos partenaires externes. Vous participerez au suivi de l'activité de l'équipe, composée de ressources internes et d'un Centre de Services.

Vous assurerez la qualité des actions en mettant en place des méthodes d'assurance qualité et d'amélioration continue.

Votre profil

Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'IT. Vous avez une expertise sur ServiceNow (System Administrator) et une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Vous avez des connaissances générales en informatique, notamment en architecture des systèmes, bases de données et méthodologies de développement. Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des métiers de l'entreprise et de son domaine d'activité.

Vous avez une maîtrise de l'organisation et de la conduite de réunions, ainsi que de l'expression des besoins. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la méthodologie et des outils de tests fonctionnels.

Vous avez une maîtrise de la rédaction et de la cartographie des processus, ainsi que des outils spécifiques. Vous avez une maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de PMO (project management office).

Aptitudes professionnelles

Rigueur, capacité à prioriser, capacités managériales, qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles, capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle, esprit de synthèse et d'analyse, intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et les problématiques techniques.
