About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our team at KPMG-France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Management
    • Manage and update customer relationships and data in our CRM system
    • Segment and analyze customer accounts and prospects
    • Track and monitor commercial pipeline and sales performance
    • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to customers
  • Commercial Development
    • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and pitches
    • Participate in the creation of sales materials and client deliverables
    • Support business development and prospecting activities
    • Organize and participate in client events and trade shows
    • Follow up and optimize partnerships
  • Proposal and Tender Management
    • Contribute to the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
    • Collect and prepare administrative documents
    • Collect and submit questions
    • Review and verify proposals
    • Manage the submission of proposals within deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BAC+2 or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing and/or sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce
