We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Germany and Switzerland.
About the RoleThe Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the marketing team has key market information and the right products to push. This involves studying market trends and analyzing purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to drive sales.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- High computer literacy and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or e-tourism is a plus.
