Chief Revenue Officer

Home Recruitment Ltd is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to drive global growth and expand revenue streams for our client, a well-funded Series A start-up offering AI-powered SaaS solutions for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global expansion by creating a go-to-market strategy for the company's entry into new countries, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies to maximise revenue and drive business growth.
  • Lead sales, marketing, and customer success teams, setting and managing goals, optimising processes, and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Innovate lead generation by designing and deploying cutting-edge strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects and enhance visibility.
  • Optimise campaign ROI by ensuring marketing and communication initiatives deliver optimal returns on investment.
  • Ensure successful product deployments by overseeing product launches and customer onboarding, consistently aiming for high satisfaction levels.
  • Establish strategic partnerships by building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners to strengthen market presence.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and track performance against growth targets.
  • Mentor and develop teams by creating a culture of excellence, ensuring team members reach their full potential.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in senior roles with proven experience in driving SaaS revenue growth, including working for start-ups or scale-ups within the sector.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue and achieving measurable growth in competitive markets.
  • Hands-on leadership with a proactive approach, inspiring teams and driving results by leading by example.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and measure strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and negotiate deals effectively.
  • Technological proficiency, with experience using CRM systems and other modern business tools.
  • Global perspective, with experience managing international teams and the willingness to travel frequently.
  • Languages: French + business level English.

Location: Based in France or Belgium, able to travel to Paris 2/3 days per week.
