As a key member of our optimization team, you will be responsible for day-ahead optimization of conventional power plants on the German and French market, as well as renewable portfolio and battery optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and optimize electricity production for the coming month.
- Manage and optimize hedge positions, ensuring optimal processing and optimization.
- Create and submit bids for support service capacities in auctions.
- Develop and implement tools for decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the optimization team to create and improve existing processes.
- Support the implementation of new projects, including market analysis and regulatory alignment.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, with German as an advantage.
- Relevant technical or economic education.
- Ability to work in shifts and continuous operation 24/7.
