Job Title: Regulatory Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Group's QHSE compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 Group QHSE Managers in planning audits and support visits, reviewing audit and visit reports, and defining the team for audits.
  • Provide technical and operational support, and audit the QHSE procedures and systems of the Group's subsidiaries.
  • Ensure matrix relations with zones and countries of responsibility, including local QHSE Managers, Country Managers, and Operations Managers.
  • Structuring commercial offers upstream for the QHSE section and ensuring the efficiency of tools and structures in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in QHSE or engineering specialising in the agri-food industries.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the field, with experience in team and project management.
  • Perfect command of ISO standards 9'001, 14'001, 22'000, and 45'001 (minimum lead auditor on one of the standards).
  • Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent knowledge of Pack Office and excellent oral and written communication skills.
