Job Description: Cost Estimation Specialist

• Risk Assessment: Analyze legal, technical, financial, and human risks associated with construction projects.
• Technical Requirements: Identify essential technical and quality requirements for successful project execution.
• Cost Estimation & Solutions: Develop comprehensive cost estimates and propose innovative solutions to optimize project budgets.
• Bid Preparation & Scheduling: Prepare detailed bids and establish realistic project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Documentation Management: Coordinate and manage technical and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of education in building, civil engineering, or construction economy.
• Experience as a junior engineer or a minimum of 5 years in cost estimation within the construction industry.
