The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our HSE & Security Group Direction team as an HSE Communication Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and promoting our HSE culture within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop engaging internal communication materials that promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the company.
- Create compelling written, visual, and video content to inform and educate employees about HSE best practices and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear and concise messages for internal communications, ensuring effective change management strategies are implemented.
- Manage and maintain our dedicated HSE intranet platform, providing a central hub for information and resources.
- Organize and coordinate internal events and workshops focused on HSE topics, fostering employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication/Marketing with a demonstrated interest in HSE. You possess strong writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative flair for developing impactful content. Proficiency in office software and graphic design tools is essential.
