International Energy Transition Specialist

The Energy Year is seeking a dynamic and ambitious International Sales and Communication Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our global communications and sales force, you will have the opportunity to work with world leaders, senior government officials, and C-class decision-makers in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and conduct meetings with senior energy executives globally to discuss business strategies and partnerships.
- Operate a database of key companies and executives to inform sales and marketing efforts.
- Analyse market data to identify sales potential and negotiate partnerships with public institutions and private-sector companies.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and other PR and networking activities to promote The Energy Year's flagship products.
- Work abroad throughout the year, meeting with energy industry professionals and gathering in-depth information on national energy leaders, companies, and business environments.
- Year-round availability to travel and relocate to emerging markets on all continents.
- A BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in international relations, economics, marketing, or communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a curious mind.
- Ambition, drive, and communicative energy, with a highly independent and vivacious personality.
- Team-playing abilities and strong social skills.
- The ability to work under deadlines and maintain a cool head under pressure.
- One to three years of relevant work experience, although new graduates will be considered.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, with a second language (preferably Spanish, Portuguese, or French) being an advantage.
- Excellent personal and professional presentation.
- No travel restrictions.
