Job Description and Missions

We are seeking a dynamic and organized administrative assistant to join our client's team. This company, specialized in the distribution of food products, stands out for its commitment to excellence and its ability to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

About Our Client

Our client is a reputable company in the food distribution sector. Their client portfolio includes automated distributors, central kitchens, theme parks, and event organizers. They are recognized for their quality service and ability to adapt to market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Process orders and track deliveries
  • Organize schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare administrative documents and track files
  • Manage invoicing and track payments
  • Receive visitors and manage office supplies
  • Collaborate closely with various departments within the company
Required Profile
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork
