Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Project Intern. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and refinement of project roadmaps for multiple tools, including RefeR, Sb commerce, Portail Qualimétrie, and Prospection Dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users and technical teams) to deliver project objectives:
- Develop and illustrate functional specifications.
- Elaborate or enhance test procedures and scripts.
- Perform testing and ensure smooth handover to developers.
- Develop user guides and process descriptions.
- Provide technical guidance to business teams.
- Support the deployment of existing tools:
- Provide level 1 assistance to users (usage guidance, profile setup, and arborescence adjustments).
- Monitor and report on pending tickets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-6 month internship opportunity.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders at various levels.
