As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of a large-scale logistics facility, managing all aspects of warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Lead and motivate a team of over 100 warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize warehouse operations.
- Manage budgets, revenue streams, and profitability for the warehouse facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and transportation, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management within the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
