Our team of experts conducts advanced engineering studies and operates a state-of-the-art 500m2 workshop equipped with the latest tools and machinery.

Your Role: Shaping the Future with Metal 3D Printing

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our growing team on a temporary contract, with the potential for permanent employment. Your primary focus will be operating industrial 3D printers, specializing in metallic materials (LPBF, Moldjet), used in projects within the nuclear and aeronautical sectors.

• Your Responsibilities:
• Mastering the intricacies of powder loading, unloading produced trays, part removal, and post-treatment processes (oven curing, support cleaning).
• Conducting meticulous part inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborating closely with engineers responsible for metal and plastic design and printing.
• Potentially contributing to launching plastic prints on FDM filament deposition machines.

Expanding Your Expertise: Mechanical Testing and Analysis

Depending on workload, you may also contribute to the endurance testing of mechanical components such as bearings, gears, seals, or splines. This involves performing mechanical operations for bench assembly and disassembly, utilizing tools like calipers, 2D profilometers, replicas, and digital binoculars. You will gradually assume responsibility for overseeing a portion of these tests.

A Collaborative Environment: Teamwork and Growth

You will work closely with the technical manager and mechanical technician, receiving comprehensive training on the use of printers and benches at INOVSYS. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in mechanics, 3D printing, measurements, characterization, testing, and industrial maintenance.
