Industrialization Specialist

About the Role

This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of production materials, equipment, and technologies before mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical, economic, and capacity studies to build and support investment cases.
• Present these cases to management and write technical specifications based on customer requirements.
• Carry out acceptance qualification phases, including ramp-up at supplier and IDEMIA sites, by anticipating and implementing necessary tests, measures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate process and technology transfer between sites.
• Participate in the process, technology, and equipment life cycle from technological check-ups to obsolescence.
• Manage projects at the operational level, ensuring delivery within approved timelines and budget.
• Ensure necessary documentation is available to production sites.
• Support manufacturing for problem-solving when relevant.
• Identify and propagate best practices to reduce overall costs and improve quality.
• Provide expertise on critical processes.
• Define and deploy qualified technologies under supervision.
• Manage small projects at the operational level, ensuring delivery within approved timelines and budget under supervision.
• Ensure updated knowledge about IDEMIA standards, processes, and tools.
• Prepare necessary documentation.
• Participate in acceptance qualification phases, including ramp-up at supplier and IDEMIA sites, by anticipating and implementing necessary tests and measures, and technical documentation.
• Analyze and support production.
