Role Overview:

The Social and Family Economic Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting individuals and families facing financial and social challenges. This position is dedicated to fostering well-being and stability within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, inform, and counsel residents experiencing economic hardships.
  • Proactively prevent and manage rental payment issues.
  • Engage with tenants to provide clarity on their circumstances and entitlements.
  • Evaluate financial capabilities and suggest customized repayment strategies.
  • Assist in the recovery of debts through various approaches.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in collaborative initiatives.
  • Assess individuals or families requiring housing solutions.
  • Conduct visits to residences to better understand tenant situations.
  • Compile reports on social activities and contribute to enhancing operational processes.
