About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Expert in HVAC and Controls to join our team in Montluel, Rhône (69). As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical expertise in HVAC and Controls on site installations, maintenance contracts, and after-sales services in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
You will work closely with the Technical Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of our HVAC and Controls systems, and provide technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Verify the installation of HVAC and Controls systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Parameterize and start up HVAC and Controls systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC and Controls systems to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with HVAC and Controls systems
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and Controls systems, including hydraulics, electricity, and regulation
- Experience with SAP and Service Max software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and English
