Position Summary

A challenging opportunity awaits you at Samsung, a leading international company.

As a Business Analyst Junior, you will play a key role in the launch and follow-up of our new products, as well as in the construction of business analysis tools and market monitoring.

You will be in direct contact with commercial, marketing, and logistics teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Missions

You will work closely with the Business Assistant Tablette and PC, the KAM Tablette/PCS team, the Commercial Director France, and the Key Account Manager Smartphone.

You will monitor our digital visibility (homepage, banners, search, share of voice, relays of offers & good marketing practices) and web monitoring (new releases and competitor sites, social networks, influencers) on a weekly basis.

In collaboration with the Key Account Manager, you will also perform a weekly business review for each strategic account, monitoring key indicators such as market share, commercial highlights, and competitor monitoring.

You will assist the Key Account Manager in structuring and formalizing strategic plans (monthly or quarterly).

You will monitor the reputation of our products on the Internet and provide recommendations to the Online team based on the problems you have identified.

Profile Sought

  • Higher education (Bac +5 or Césure)
  • Strong sensitivity to electronic and telecom products
  • Good English
  • Your dynamism, analytical spirit, and proposal skills will be essential to fully succeed in your missions
  • Conceptual and analytical capacity with a practical sense
  • Good quality relationships, positive personality, results-oriented, and ability to manage complex situations
  • Teamwork, excellent listening, organization, autonomy
  • Good mastery of computer tools, Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
