About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Lawyer to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Insurance, Reinsurance and Strategic Projects team, you will report directly to our Senior Financial Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on emerging regulations and assist public affairs and regulatory teams in lobbying and interacting with regulators and trade associations.
  • Provide support to the broader Group Legal team on key regulatory matters arising from M&A, corporate simplification, litigation, bancassurance agreements, and data issues.
  • Horizon-scan on emerging legal issues/risk, including training to non-legal AXA teams.
Requirements
  • Experience of 3/5+ years as a lawyer in a legal department or international law firm.
  • Fluent in English and, ideally, in French.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
