Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the C-suite team and department heads to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
* Lead the end-to-end ERP system implementation, including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Analyze and redesign business processes to leverage ERP functionality for maximum efficiency and performance.
* Configure and customize the ERP software to fit the specific needs of clients, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
* Provide training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients and their teams are proficient in using the ERP system.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in software implementation or business consulting.
* Deep understanding of business processes in the software industry is a plus.
