We are currently building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk, France, with an initial annual production of 16 GWh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the category strategy definition, working closely with key stakeholders and the Category Leader for Facilities Management.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management activities, supporting the ramp-up of the plant from 2025, amidst ongoing construction works.
- Drive sourcing and procurement activities, defining optimization plans to reduce lead times and costs for the entire acquisition process for the Gigafactory.
- Negotiate and monitor FM contracts, ensuring high-quality services, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively propose improvements in procurement processes and procedures to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement and Facility Management.
- Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Procurement Management or an Engineer degree.
- Familiarity with large-scale categories, especially Facility Management, including cleaning, security, building maintenance, multi-technical maintenance, offices, HVAC, and clean concepts.
- Experience with digital solutions for procurement, FM contract management, and ERP systems like SAP.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, result-oriented, and strategic thinking.
